The Problem
Navaneeth C L — an Associate Product Manager and CS Engineer with track records at Final Apps, iTurn - UC Monks, and Revyne Studio — needed a high-authority personal platform to showcase his 0-to-1 product strategy, user research, problem framing, and case studies (ProposalPilot, UCEK Events). Generic portfolio templates failed to communicate product thinking, business metrics, or provide Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) for AI search engines.
The Solution
Architected and developed thenavaneeth.com using Next.js 16 App Router, React 19, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS. Integrated Supabase headless CMS for agile case study management, bespoke glowing dark UI architecture, and deep Schema.org structured data (Person, WebSite, ProfilePage, ItemList, FAQPage) linking Navaneeth's product expertise with Amith's engineering authorship.
Research

We structured case studies around problem framing, user research, metrics definition, and go-to-market execution rather than cosmetic screenshots.
